Classical finned design, accentuated by "doming" the top for more definition. Fits 2-5/8" Diameter carburetors. Featuring our exclusive new Platinum Series filter (see details) in the low profile 2" height. This is the filter that "sparkles" in the sunlight. The fittings are cast from premium aircraft grade aluminum, which takes a higher than normal shine. All visible surfaces are polished - others may only polish the raised areas. The base casting is precision bored, with an internal shoulder to snugly fit your carburetor - not simply "cast to fit" as others may do. Our internal shoulder also keeps the cleaner from rocking around. Compare our features, we come out shining.
Fits type 94,97, and 98 carbs, securing with a stainless socket set screw.

Rochester 2-G Update
*Since this was written we have added the Rochester 2-G base to our stock - it is no longer necessary to fill the set screw hole, there isn't one. The proper mounting stud is also provided. OTB Gear

multi use for a great air cleaner
a well constructed, nicely machined precision unit with a beatifull job of casting and polishing
AND not onley will it fit the old style carb[97 94 ]
it will also fit the small Rochester 2GC for most GM tri power , a couple minor changes as using a different stud and siliconing the set screw hole make it Rochester compatible
if you have a small aftermarket air cleaner on a 2GC the air filter should fit by just spining it on then you will have a matched unit for the SBC finned valve covers should make for a spiffy unit
I am going to paint the inside of the fins to match the car on the covers and air cleaners
